Optical Disc Drives

This case involves allegations that the major manufacturers of optical disc drives—drives that play CDs, DVDs or Blu-Ray discs—that are used in or with computers and other types of equipment conspired to fix prices for such drives. The complaint was filed in federal district court in the Northern District of California.
